What We Told the Room at Spectrum 2025, Nonprofit Marketers Network-STL
You don’t need another “maximize your impact” webinar. You need a system that makes your message stick, without stretching your team (or your budget) past the breaking point.
That’s what Amy laid down at Spectrum 2025, the Nonprofit Marketers Network-STL conference this month. Her session, Marketing on a Mission, cut through the noise with a dead-simple framework made for organizations like yours: mission-led, resource-limited, and constantly being asked to do more.
Here’s the gist:
1. Find Your Magic
Before you make more content, make sure your message actually matters. Get clear. Get specific. And for the love of all things donor-funded, stop trying to speak to everyone.
2. Multiply Your Message
One great idea can go a dozen directions. A blog becomes an email. A stat becomes a quote graphic. A story becomes a video script. Repurposing isn’t lazy, it’s necessary.
3. Mobilize Your People
Your board, your staff, your volunteers? They have reach you don’t. Most of them want to help, they just don’t know how. So make it easy. Give them the words. Tell them why it matters.
This isn’t about chasing trends. It’s about building trust and using what you already have, smarter. Your impact isn’t measured by how often you post. It’s measured by what sticks and what moves people to care, share, give, and act. When your message is clear and your team is aligned, you don’t need a massive budget. You just need a plan that doesn’t burn you out or blend you in.
If you were in the room, thanks for showing up. If you missed it and want the workshop version, just reach out and we’ll send you the recap.
You’ve got the mission. Let’s build the message to match it.
